GET ME TO THE ABC ON TIME!
The following information and forms were
taken from the ABC Premium List. We’re including any updates and corrections that
have appeared since the premium list was published, and will continue to update this
section of BU till we pull out of the driveway on our way to Frederick. Stay tuned for the
latest on The Greatest Boxer Show on Earth! (Or at least, in the U.S. :-)

with deadlines, then the phone numbers for alternate motels and airport shuttles, and last
but not least, Joyce Baker Brown’s directions for getting to the show site from the

The cutoff date for preregistration is MAY
1, 2000 (not March 1, as published in the premium list). The reports will be issued
immediately after the echo exam (not mailed). Cost is $100 per dog (preregistered) and
$125/dog at the show. There is still plenty of time to preregister so don't delay. Time
slot preferences will be given in the order in which the registration forms are received.
Send preregistration info to include:
Owner's name, address, e-mail address (if available) and phone number (if no e-mail
address) along with the number of boxers to be examined to:

checks will be cashed until AFTER ABC. If you have already sent a check and prefer to pay

Without electricity -- $75 for the week.
With electricity -- $225 for the week.

RV’s will NOT have access
to the hotel parking lot until 8:00 PM Saturday night (Bobbi is presently negotiating to
try to get an earlier check-in time for RV’s). If you arrive earlier than 8:00 PM on
Sat., please park in the adjacent shopping mall parking lot.
Recent memo from Jeff Ontell to all
attendees going to the ABC Specialty in recreational vehicles or trailers:
There are number of different plug
configurations which are attached to electric cords. In order to assist Bobbi Wagner and
to be certain that your plug will fit the 30 amp generators, please draw a picture of the
end of the plug and fax the picture to Bobbi. I am referring to the end with the metal
prongs. Many plugs have a NEMA code and that information should be included. For example,
one configuration is identified as NEMA-30-8. All configurations should start with NEMA-30
and the last number is your socket or plug. Bobbi's fax is 301-877-0278.
